01 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of nexlyai.com (the "Site"), operated by Nexly LLC ("Nexly," "we," "us," or "our"), a Wyoming limited liability company and operating software company. By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you should not use the Site.

These Terms apply only to this Site. Nexly's software products — including AIPressRoom, AIWritingPal, and any mobile or desktop applications — are governed by their own separate terms published on their respective domains or in-app. Nexly LLC is the developer and seller of record of all such products.

02 Eligibility

The Site is intended for users who are at least 13 years old. By using the Site, you represent that you meet this requirement and that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms in your jurisdiction.

03 Use of the Site

The Site is provided for informational purposes. You agree to use the Site only in compliance with these Terms and applicable laws. You agree not to:

• Access, scrape, or copy the Site by automated means without our prior written permission, other than well-behaved search engine indexing
• Interfere with, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site or its underlying infrastructure
• Use the Site in a way that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair it
• Use the Site to transmit malware, harmful code, or fraudulent communications
• Misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity, including Nexly

05 Trademarks

"Nexly," "AIPressRoom," "AIWritingPal," and associated logos are trademarks of Nexly LLC. Other product and service names referenced on the Site may be trademarks of Nexly LLC or their respective owners. Nothing on the Site grants you any right or license to use any trademark without our prior written permission or the permission of the applicable rights holder.

06 Third-Party Links

The Site may contain links to third-party websites or resources that are not owned or controlled by Nexly. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third-party sites. Your use of third-party sites is at your own risk and subject to their own terms and privacy policies.

07 Disclaimers

THE SITE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. We do not warrant that the Site will be secure, available at any particular time, or free of errors, viruses, or other harmful components.

08 Limitation of Liability

10 Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods does not apply.

11 Dispute Resolution

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Wyoming, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts, except where prohibited by applicable law.

12 Changes to These Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. If we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Site following any change constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
