Agreement & Scope
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of nexlyai.com (the "Site") and the mobile and web applications operated by Nexly LLC ("Nexly," "we," "us") — together, the "Services." By using the Services you agree to these Terms; if you do not agree, do not use them. Individual applications may present supplemental terms for specific features, which apply in addition to these Terms.
You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction) and legally able to enter into this agreement.
Use of the Services
You agree to use the Services lawfully, and not to:
- Scrape, copy, or access the Services by automated means without permission (well-behaved search indexing excepted)
- Interfere with, disrupt, or attempt unauthorized access to the Services or their infrastructure
- Transmit malware, harmful code, or fraudulent communications
- Misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity
If an application lets you create an account, keep your information accurate and your credentials secure. We may suspend or terminate access that violates these Terms.
Purchases & Subscriptions
Some applications offer paid features or auto-renewing subscriptions. Purchases are billed by Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play) under your store account, and we never receive your full payment details.
Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel a subscription anytime in your App Store or Google Play account settings. Refunds are handled under the applicable store's policies, and prices may change prospectively with notice through the store.
Intellectual Property
The Services — including text, graphics, logos, source code, and design — are owned by Nexly LLC or its licensors and protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Services for personal, non-commercial purposes; no other rights are granted. "Nexly" and the Nexly logo are trademarks of Nexly LLC.

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, NEXLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE OPERATION.
Liability & Indemnity
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, NEXLY AND ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES, UNDER ANY LEGAL THEORY.
You agree to indemnify and hold Nexly harmless from claims and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your violation of these Terms or misuse of the Services.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Nexly is organized, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute will be resolved exclusively in the courts located in that jurisdiction, except where applicable law provides otherwise.
