This Privacy Policy describes how Nexly LLC ("Nexly," "we," "us") handles information for nexlyai.com (the "Site") and for the mobile and web applications Nexly operates (together, the "Services"). Where an application provides its own privacy disclosures — for example in its App Store or Google Play listing — those apply alongside this Policy.
Our guiding principle is data minimization: we collect the minimum needed to operate the Services.
What We Collect
On the Site
The Site sets no tracking cookies. If you email contact@nexlyai.com, we receive your address and message. Our infrastructure provider (Cloudflare) records limited technical logs — IP address, user agent, requested URLs, timestamps — to operate and protect the Site, and we use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which works without cookies or cross-site identifiers.
In our applications
Depending on the application, this may include account details you provide (such as an email address), content you create in the app, purchase and subscription records (billing runs through Apple or Google — we never receive your full payment details), and basic usage and diagnostic data. Each application's store listing details exactly what that app collects.
How We Use Information

We do not build advertising profiles, and we do not sell or rent personal information.
Retention & Security
We keep information only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes above, then delete or anonymize it. We rely on industry-standard protections — TLS encryption in transit, access controls, hardened hosting. No system is perfectly secure, so use discretion in what you send us.
Your Rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict processing of your personal information, to object to certain processing, or to receive a copy of it.
